My friend Peter asked me to go to the Tokyo Ramen Show and share my impressions; all of you reading this blog know about my relationship with ramen so you can guess how it might have felt to be in a space where 20 of Japan’s most famous ramen restaurants had set shop one next to the other and were selling their specialties. Instead of babbling, and until I upload the pictures on Flickr, I’ll stick with the message on the pictured gentleman’s t-shirt. And yes, we ate from this shop (miso ramen with meat and egg) and yes, it was very good.
