(641) In Kameido (3)


In Kameido’s municipal tourist center, a small exhibition of Edo kiriko (江戸切子), a technique of cutting and engraving glass that started in the end of the Edo period (around 1830); Kameido is Japan’s “capital” of the particular craft.
