(684) Plenty

Nihon-shu (日本酒), the drink that most people outside Japan call “sake” (酒) served in the classic way: the glass is put in a wooden measure box (or “masu”/升) and the waiter pours from the bottle until the glass overflows and the liquid –almost- fills the masu too. How to drink it? With difficulty.
