(999) Craftsmen v 2.0

“2k540 Aki-Oka Artisan” in Okachimachi near Akihabara is one of the best ideas I've seen in Tokyo: the space beneath the railroad tracks has been turned into a series of shops and workshops where young craftsmen create, sell their creations and interact with the public; often they even offer people the chance to try their hand in their crafts. A wonderful place and with some of the best designed objects in the market.
