(1023) They are supposed to be geta...


...(下駄), the traditional Japanese footwear but they are actually flip-flops sold as souvenir: some konbini in Asakusa don't miss the chance to cater to the thousands of (mostly Chinese) tourists swarming the area. And to make sure that these are souvenirs from Japan, you also get a Daruma on the packaging.
