"Bikkuri Donki" (びっくりドンキー) where "bikkuri" means "surprise" or "surprised" and "donki" of course means "donkey". It's a restaurant chain specializing in hamburgers and the particular one is in Shinjuku's Kabukicho. And no, I haven't done anything to find out why it's called that.
