(1515) One more shop around the corner

Asakusa's "Shinoda Sushi"(志乃多寿司) is one more of those wonderful small shops that can be found in dozens in eastern Tokyo. It makes only two types of sushi, inarizushi (稲荷寿司) with sweet fried tofu filled with rice and kampyo-maki (干瓢巻き) that is, a nori seaweed roll containing rice and pickled gourd. Although these are the most common and less glamorous kinds of sushi, the taste is incredible!
